Our mission is to create confidence in students, both adult and children.  To bring awareness, not only to our students, but to our community.  To promote community interaction through our Patch Program.  To create a school safe enough for kids and tough enough for adults.  

Classes are $110.00 a month for Tae Kwon Do

$75.00 for Commando Krav Maga

Camille Bauer, owner and instructor, is a Kukkiwon certified 4th degree black belt with 25 years teaching experience.  She studied for 9 years under Grand Master David Turgeon of CT CDK ( ctcdk.com ), who is on the Olympics Tae Kwon Do coaching team.  She enjoys teaching and being involved in her community.  

Chris Burby is a USNTF certified 4th degree black belt and a level 2 Certified instructor in Commando Krav Maga.  He started TKD at the age of 8 and progressed quickly through the ranks.  He became an assistant instructor at age 16, and  became instructor at age 18.  He offers a great workout for those looking for endurance and strength.
